We'll confirm your email address (we need to be sure its really your email address). Next we'll request a few personal details. We'd like to know if you'll be participating in your own capacity or whether you're registering on behalf of your child, for example. You will also have the chance to share more about your individual needs. You can pay right away or pay later, as you wish. Proceed to the next step - the Discovery Call.

The 30 minute Discovery call is a virtual consultation and is of utmost importance to pin down your specific needs. We'll send you a link to our online booking facility. You choose a date and time and we'll confirm your booking together with your zoom link and password. During the call we'll explain more about our offerings and which is most suited to your needs.

When and how do I make a payment?
Your free discovery call is your first 30 min engagement with one of our highly qualified practitioners where we will pin down exactly what your personal needs are. There is no fee for the Discovery Call and you can commence with this process straightaway. All other services may be paid for via our payment gate or via EFT.
What is your refund policy?
All clients need to inform Directed Potential at least 24 hours before a session of cancellation otherwise it will be fully charged and appointments will only be moved twice at the discretion of the practitioner if the first appointment has been missed.
What if I wish to sign up on behalf of a child or someone else?
If you wish to sign up on behalf of someone else we would need written consent from that person and if it is for a child we would need written consent from both parents and we would need to engage with the parents and the child in the discovery call to establish what we can assist with.
Will my personal information always be protected?
We take personal information and the protection of it very seriously as we understand the sensitivity of that information and therefore will keep it only for 5 years as by law in South Africa unless otherwise stipulated by the client. All information is stored in an encrypted file which the practitioner and the authorised employees of Directed Potential will have access too for admin purposes only and will never be distributed to third party companies unless in an emergency which will be done only under the consent of the client and or parent of a child.
What about confidentiality of information in respect to minors?
All information is stored in encrypted files and will only be accessed by the practitioner that has conducted the program with the client and or minor. Confidentiality of all clients is of utmost importance and will not be shared with anyone except in cases where there may be an emergency or a client may be in harm, harming others or themselves then as practitioner we would need to inform authorities of this or if information we possess needs to be used in a court of law.
